Valentine's Day Chocolate fudge

This will be a one-off recipe segment due to the fact that I have had so many people ask me for this recipe chocolate fudge

450g dark or milk chocolate

395g sweetened condensed milk

50 g butter

Lightly grease 20cm square pan. Line base and sides with baking paper

Combine all ingredients in large heatproof bowl over saucepan of simmering water. Cook stirring for 4-5 mins until smooth.

Spread chocolate mixture in prepared pan. Chill for 3 hours or overnight, until mixture is firm.

Using a hot knife, cut into small squares. (Or hearts if you have the time!)

Keep fudge chilled in an airtight container.
